Layering Plates
Layering different size plates is a fun way to show a variety of colors and patterns. I love the classic Spode Christmas tree and thought it would be fun to mix it with my blue china this year. I added the Cabbage Earthnware plate charger to anchor the green and loved it’s contrast in shape and texture.
If you’re looking for ways to switch up your table while using what you already have, try switching out the salad plate or charger. Sometimes just adding a fun holiday salad plate is all you need! Shop some of my favorite china and holiday styles below.
Centerpiece
Pull the table together with floral colors that coordinate. Whether they’re from your local grocery, or you prefer faux, either work great. Below are some beautiful faux floral options that would make stunning table centerpieces.
Table Linens
I like to use a tablecloth for the holidays because it can make the table feel more formal. No need for a seasonal themed tablecloth though, sometimes a subtle pattern can create a great backdrop for the holiday place setting. Shop similar tablecloth styles and more great options below!
