Thanksgiving is such a meaningful holiday.
It gives us an opportunity to spend time with those we love, and reminds
us to focus on what we’re thankful for.
You may even be lucky enough to host on such a special day.
If that’s you, it’s time to start setting your Thanksgiving table.
Let me inspire you with my simple, yet elegant, rustic tablescape.
This year I will be hosting Thanksgiving for the first time and I’m beyond excited.
If you haven’t already noticed, I tend to be reluctant to adding color in my home.
This season gives me an excuse to decorate outside my comfort zone,
starting with my Thanksgiving table.
First, I fell in love with these unique flowers, called “Pink Ice”.
The muted tones of burgundy are perfect for fall.
They come alive when paired with
fresh seeded eucalyptus and baby’s breath.
Also, what would a Thanksgiving table be without pumpkins?
This year I have an obsession with these mini white pumpkins. They are
an easy and affordable addition to any fall decor.
I love how the green leaves create such a natural look against the rustic wood table.
There’s no need to go buy new place settings for a Thanksgiving table.
I like to find things I already have and arrange them to create a different effect.
Here I used wood coasters to contrast the white and add to the rustic look.
Adding the wood brings just a little touch of nature.
Aren’t these flowers beautiful?
Finally, incorporating candles is a great way to dress up a table.
I love these mercury glass votives, they add the perfect touch of elegance.
The centerpiece really is as effortless as it looks.
Simply elegant and rustic, but most importantly, easy to do.
Whether you’re planning to entertain this fall or not, you can still enjoy a decorated fall table.
Try it yourself and see what you think.
Thanks for joining me today and stay tuned for more holiday inspiration.
