This years christmas decor has definitely moved in a more rustic and moody direction with it’s greenery, pinecones, and taupe accents. Bringing in mercury glass and crystal decor helped balance out the rustic with a little bit of elegance. As much as I love having my home be light and bright, during the holidays I wanted to bring in some warmth with rich tones and textures. I updated the curtains to help achieve the mood I was looking for and love the difference it made! The linen like drapes were super affordable and are black out lined and come in multiple colors. If your looking for some affordable drapery, you can check them out here.
This new server cabinet has transformed my dining room. It’s been so great for entertaining and is the perfect space to display decor and glassware. The silver rimmed glasses are some of my favorites and I love bringing them out during the holidays. I found them at Marshalls, but was able to find some similar ones for you to shop in the “shop the look” option above.
This year I kept the centerpiece fairly simple with a runner, greenery, and candlesticks. I sprinkled some mercury glass ornaments throughout the garland to help dress it up. It was such an easy arrangement that took seconds to put together. If your every looking for an effortless centerpiece, try a runner with some garland!
The window seemed so bare compared to all the greenery and decor around the dining table so I added a wreath on each window. You can never have too many wreaths!
Now that the decorating is done, it’s time to start shopping for presents!
