Color Scheme: Blue & Green
At the center of this years inspiration is the blue gingham stocking and chartreuse green bow from Anthropologie. I was so excited to link it, but unfortunately, they already sold out in October. HOWEVER, the fabulous oversized gingham bow, and bow ornament are still available as I type this. I would have never thought to pair such a vibrant green with the blue and had planned on removing the green bow, but then I realized I had a green ornament collections from my 2023 Christmas decor that would match perfectly. I love being able to reuse past years decor and mix it up with new elements for a different look.
One thing that is new this year is our Christmas tree from Home Depot! I have to tell you, it’s my new favorite and I’m still shocked at how affordable it is. With 1500 warm lights, realistic branches, and twinkling light mode, it truly is a magical tree. If you’re looking to upgrade this year, catch it while you can or browse some of my other favorites!

Natural Elements: Apples & Greenery
Over the years I’ve learned that natural elements seem to make the space feel more elegant. While I used to gather all the sparkle and holiday decor I could find at Home Goods, I’m starting to find less is more. I was also very sick of finding glitter in every corner and surface of my home. So this year I ditched the glam and went natural (looking) with faux apples , mixed eucalyptus, and roses. I love how the apples are both effortless and affordable and coordinated with the green. I should add, I did brush an antique brown finish on the apples to give them a warmer and more subdued tone and inserted appetizer picks into the apple so I could stick them securely into the garland. The garland is faux cedar from Hobby Lobby and I added faux eucalyptus stems for variety. The garland is already out of stock, so I linked some other great options below.

Ribbon & Bows
It just so happened that I had extra fabric from a past upholstery project that matched the Anthropologie bow perfectly. It was meant to be! I bunched the fabric up and layered it on the tree to look like ribbon. For those of you who may want to recreate the look but don’t have fabric, I’ve linked some great ribbon options below.

Christmas Stockings
I’m so sad that my gingham bow stockings are no longer available, but I looked all around to find some adorable alternatives! I’m a big fan of the bow and found several fun bow stockings you may love. Check them out for yourself below!

Christmas Village
While I may not have all the Santa figurines, reindeer, and snowman adorning every table, I do appreciate some holiday decor. I really love Christmas villages, and I’m even ok with going super cheesy with them. The bookcase in my office is filled with Christmas villages and I hope to share that later in the season. On our coffee table in our family room I share a few of them mixed with little trees on my basket tray. And, of course, no coffee table is complete without fresh flowers.

Gift Wrap
No, I don’t have all my Christmas shopping and wrapping done in November… that would be too much! But luckily my husbands birthday is in November so I wrapped a few gifts for him and used them to complete the look. I do love to coordinate my wrapping paper to my color scheme, and was thrilled to find this paper from years past is the exact green I needed. If you’re looking for wrapping paper in this color scheme, I’ve shared some of my favorites for you to shop below.

Ornaments
As I mentioned earlier, these ornaments were from a few years back and from Frontgate. It’s a fun variety of different shades of green and I mixed it up with some of my hydrangea stems and pear stems. I’ve gathered some similar tree decor for you to shop below!
