This is my first year decorating my bedroom for the Holidays and I have to say, it really has made me happy! There’s nothing quite like the joy that Christmas brings. I didn’t go all out with the decor or spend a fortune, but tried to incorporate some seasonal elements that made the space feel cozy.
The Christmas Tree
The Christmas tree has become my favorite part of the space. It’s an old flocked tree that I had almost gotten rid of, but decided to try it out in the bedroom and I’m glad I did! I didn’t want to buy a lot of new ornaments so I decided to use some floral and greenery I had stored away and layer gold and sage ribbon. I added some gold magnolia leaves and just a couple of ornaments and love how it all turned out! What do you think?

Gift Wrap
No Christmas Tree is complete without the presents beneath it. I kept the wrapping soft and subtle to blend in the with the tree and used some of the left over ribbon on the gifts. This year I opted out of the traditional Christmas themed paper and went with a soft white and gold toile.
Decor & Accessories
Table top Christmas trees are my go-to for decorating. I love layering different styles and colors together. They bring dimension which can be great for larger areas that have more space to fill. Another fun idea for decorating is gathering your favorite ornaments and displaying them in a basket or bowl with some greenery. Such an easy and quick way to add some holiday decor to a space!

One of my favorite new additions this year is this sign from The Little Bird Co. I love it so much that it might have to make it’s way through the house before the seasons over!
One of the main inspirations for this years decor was this Santa pillow. I really loved the soft green and blue sage tones and decided to pull from that for the color scheme. I always recommend starting a space with an inspiration of some sort, whether it be a painting, pillow, or fabric, it’s a great way to help a space stay cohesive.
Fresh flowers are an accessory every space needs. Hydrangeas from the local grocery store was an easy and affordable way to bring some fresh floral to the space.
Bedding
While my bedding usually stays white throughout the year, I do like to switch up throw pillows for the seasons. This year I decided to go with these sage velvet pillows from Home Goods. I love how they tied in with the colors of the Santa pillow and created a romantic feel. They are also so versatile that I could use them year round if I wanted to.
It’s no secret that I love me some white bedding. It keeps the space bright and soft while making it easy to incorporate patterns and colors in the pillows. If you’re thinking of making the switch to new bedding, below are my top favorite white bedding options for you to shop!

Pajamas
I’m all about being comfortable, and since I work from home most of the time, I’m often in my “cozies” (aka pajamas that are acceptable to wear during the day). Since I spend so much time in them, I’ve finally upgraded and got some super cute ones, both Holiday themed and ones for year round. I’m sharing some of my favorites below for you to shop! Pajamas can make for great Christmas gifts, for others and yourself! I’m going to be honest, I got the ones I’m wearing specifically because they matched my decor (I know, I’m too much) but after wearing them for just 10 minutes I was OBSESSED. They are so incredibly soft I couldn’t take them off all day. If that doesn’t sell you, go try them on at Target yourself, you will not be disappointed!

And of course, pajamas are not complete without slippers!
