1. How long does it take to receive an E-Design Package?
Your E-Design package will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks from the time you purchase the package, send design questionnaire, and submit photos.
2. Do you work around each clients specific budget?
Of course! We do our best to accommodate every client’s wants and needs within the budget that is given. However, it is important to set your expectations according to what your budget allows. If your wanting a total room make over with designer fashions, you will want to make sure you are financially prepared. We source a wide variety of home decor retailers that fall within a wide range of price point.
3. Am I able to purchase the selections directly?
Yes, the shopping list will include direct links to the online sites where you are able to purchase the items at your convenience.
4. What if I decide to wait on purchasing an item and find that it is no longer available?
It is recommended that you are prepared to purchase selections once you receive the shopping list. This will help you avoid not being able to get items because they are out of stock or discontinued. If an item is discontinued, a similar item can be re-selected in it’s place.
5. Does the cost of selections ever change?
Most of our sources keep their prices consistent, but some do have a tendency to fluctuate price point or go on sale. Because of this, you may find that a price is a bit higher or lower than originally quoted.
6. What if I don’t like something that was selected?
Throughout the e-design process we will provide multiple options for you to select from in order to ensure you are pleased with each selection. During the beginning phases it is important to provide information on why you don’t like any items and what you may want instead so we know what to look for.
7. Can I ask follow up questions after I’ve received my final E-Design Package?
You should be provided with enough information in your room guide so that you have all that you need to put the room together yourself. If you should have any additional questions or re-select requests, please email and we will try to get back you as soon as possible.
9. What if I decide I don’t like it once I receive it?
Although ordering online is convenient, there is always a chance that an item looks different in pictures than in real life. We specifically select from sources that allow returns, if in any case you decide it doesn’t look like what you hoped for.
